Where To Find Your Salesforce Org ID

How do I find my Salesforce Org ID?

Your Salesforce Org ID is the unique identifier for your Salesforce identity. You will be asked to provide your Org ID when you open up a support case.

*Please note that your Org ID for your production environment is different from your sandbox environment(s) — whenever a sandbox is refreshed, a new ID is created.*

To find your Salesforce Org ID

Salesforce Classic:

  1. Go to the Setup page
  2. Click on Administer
  3. Find the Company Profile tab on the left-hand side
  4. Click on Company Information

Salesforce Lightning:

  1. Click on the Gear Icon
  2. Go to the Setup page
  3. Click on Company Settings on the left-hand side
  4. Click on Company information

Once you’re on the Company Information page, you’ll find your Org ID under Organization. It will be listed as Salesforce.com Organization ID.

Through the Salesforce Help Portal:

  1. Log in to Salesforce Help
  2. Scroll to the Support & Services tile and view your Organization ID
